Answer: AFP to PDF Converter, AFP2PDF Transform Server, PDF to AFP Converter, PDF2AFP Transform Server programs might freeze when the conversion from AFP to PDF or PDF to AFP is in progress.
When the program freezes itself, the CPU usage is extremely high. On a
dual-core computer, the CPU usage is approximately 50%. On a quad-core
computer, the usage is almost 25%. There
could be numerous reasons for the freeze. To solve the problem, simply click
'Stop' button, and wait for five or six seconds, and then click 'Start'
button to resume the conversion. If software user interface doesn't respond
to your mouse clicks in a timely manner, you should start your Task Manager,
and kill the process named AFP2PDF.EXE or PDF2AFP.EXE.
