Answer:

AFP to PDF Converter and AFP2PDF Transform Server offer both Optimized by Speed and Optimized by Quality conversion modes.

You should choose Optimized by Speed, and then click 'Advanced Options...' button, and switch to the Misc tab,

Here you can specify the meta data for PDF document such as title, subject, author, keywords etc.
