Q: I got an error message saying Port Deleted, what should I do ?

 

Answer: This error message is caused by the installer's failure to install the IPDS print driver properly. Several key factors could contribute to this problem, (1) Internet connection. Please make sure that you have an active Internet connection when you install the software (2) Previous version. You might have already installed a previous version or a similar software using the IPDS Port. To solve the problem, simply restart your computer and launch the installer again.
