Q: The software does not work properly when I apply new settings.

 

Answer: It's an privilege issue. All you have to do is to right-click on the icon of the software program on your Desktop, and choose 'Run As Administrator' to start the software, and then adjust the settings, and then click Apply button to make your new settings effective.
